The hotel is located near a temple which can play loud music during certain occasions, which may be bothersome to some guests.

I recently stayed at Serena Villa in Hoi An for 5 nights with my family. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and even cutting my dragonfruit for dessert in a beautiful shape. The rooms were clean and stylish, with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and the free bikes were a convenient way to explore the area. The staff spoke excellent English and were great with our 4-year-old. They even arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Can't wait to visit again!

The bathroom was amazing, with a huge bathtub and a unique outdoor shower. The free bike rental was convenient for exploring the nearby city, and the pool was a fun way to cool off.

The breakfast was a bit bland and the tea and coffee cups were too small. The English-speaking driver we hired for a tour was not very knowledgeable and caused us to waste time at one of the attractions.

The ladies at reception made our stay effortless, combined with the beautiful town and great location, this trip was one to remember. Getting to the villa was a bit difficult as there was no shuttle, and the taxi drivers overcharged us. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the water from the shower went extremely hot and cold randomly.
